My walk today offered evidence that my blazing time from Tuesday was legitimate. I walked Levy Trail South this afternoon in 29:59(.30). It helped to confirm my belief that the two-mile Levy Trail Loop is ever-so-slightly shorter than Levy Trail South and has also contributed empirical evidence that a minor nutritional adjustment has positively affected my performance.
