Levy
I walked for 36:23 at lunchtime today, never more than a block away from 35th Street so as to keep an eye on the City of North Little Rock's tree butchers.

Burns Park Championship Course
I played the first four holes of Burns Park Championship Course before nearby lightning sent me home. I had four bogies, with eight putts. I am working on a new fairway-wood swing. This will take me a while, I believe. I haven't written this here, but I began to redo my iron swing about three months ago, and it is now as good as it's been. A driver revamp will come next. With just average length, I should be able to at least occasionally challenge 80.

Burns Park Championship Course/Reds no-hitter
John, Ed, and I played Burns Park Championship Course this morning. I scored 91 with nines of 44 and 47. I used 36 putts. Ed scored 87 and John 94. ...I have watched baseball with considerable regularity since the summer of 1968 and tonight, for the first time, watched a no-hitter from start to finish. Wade Miley, a lefthander from Hammond, Louisiana, was perfect through six innings but a batter reached on an error and another on a walk in the seventh of the Reds' 3-0 victory at the Cleveland innings. I had, of course, tuned into the last inning or two of at least a half-dozen no-hitters since I have had mlb.tv (since 2007), but this was the first time I have watched one, at any level, from the beginning. It was fun.
