Hash

I was out for 45:45 on a Hash run set on Chenal Mountain on the western edge of Little Rock. It was hard going. This is an area where we once had two or three runs a year. I would say that in the last ten years we haven't been there more than four times. I'm not sure why not. There are trails all over the place, plus it's really pretty.
