HOT SPRINGS—I walked from the Oaklawn Park parking lot to the press box this afternoon via the barns and a Valero minimart for some triple-a batteries in 56:10.
I turned two bets of $7 into a profit of $16.50 at Oaklawn today and am now up $10.70 for the season after seven trips.
