Levy Trail South

I walked Levy Trail South this afternoon in 37:14.

In July of 2014, I fell and injured my right hip. I injured my left hip in a fall late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. Both injuries defied an easy diagnosis. Six years ago, I thought I had pulled my groin for several days before the theretofore very diffuse pain isolated itself to my hip joint. Likewise, this time I thought for the first day I had injured my lower back. Thursday and yesterday, I feared kidney damage. Finally, this morning, much to my relief, I knew the pain came from my hip. Consequently, I have eaten a ridiculously anti-inflammatory diet throughout today and already feel much better.
