I alternated four-minute walks with one-minute jogs to complete Pam's Path, Jr., this morning in 1:01:06.
I weighed 188.0 this morning, which, according to this blog, is the first time I have known I was under 190 since January 2018, although I'm pretty sure I was there until the following fall, a month or so after I broke nine hours in the Full Moon (aka Midnight) 50K.
