Pam's Path

I alternated one-minute jogs with four-minute walks to complete Pam's Path in 58:21, with splits of 14:49, 14:35, 14:45, and 14:12. I was disappointed by how hard those jogs were for the last twenty minutes or so.
My calorie deficit today was 630. Over the course of eighteen days, I have run a deficit of 10,390.
