I walked Pam's Path this morning in 1:07:44, with two-mile splits of 34:25 and 33:19.
It's been a year or more since the last time I counted calories, but my weight has gotten a bit out of hand, and it's time to either cease concern about it or attempt to lose some of it. Yesterday, I started counting and ran an approximate deficit of 605 calories. I, by the way, don't know what I weigh, but I was at c. 197 in late March. I'll establish a baseline weight a week from yesterday, a practice typical of my past weight-loss efforts.
