I walked Levy Trail North this morning in 33:07.
John and I played Rebsamen Park Golf Course this morning. I scored 94 and John 103. I had nines of 45 and 49. I had 1 birdie, 5 pars, 6 bogies, 2 doubles, 3 triples, 1 quadruple, and used 30 putts.
Last night, the Reds led at Milwaukee 4-1 in the eighth inning. Milwaukee scored four in the bottom of eighth to lead 5-4 and I fucking went to bed. I came in from my walk this morning and tuned into the ninth inning. With two outs and no one on in the top of the ninth, Nick Senzel hit a single, and Eugenio Suarez hit the next pitch halfway to Heidi's house and the Reds won 6-5.
My calorie deficit today was 800 and is 5,110 after eight days. One week into my diet, I weigh 196.5 pounds.
