I walked and jogged two laps of the Poplar Street Loop this morning in 44:11, with big-hill splits of 15:01 and 14:12. Mist fell throughout, but it's no longer cold. Crazy, but we just went through our coldest few days of the year—you know, one of those weeks where global warming stabs you in the fucking back.
This evening, beginning at about 7 p.m., I walked Levy Trail South in 31:25.
