I alternated four-minute walks with one-minute jogs to complete Levy Trail North this morning in 28:40.
Early this afternoon, I was out for 1:02:22 with the Little Rock Hash in Cammack Village.
It's nice to have a few days off after having written about Oaklawn Park the last eight days.
