I walked Levy Trail North late this morning in 29:53, with splits of 15:24 and 14:29.
This afternoon, I interrupted football long enough to realize Rachel is even better looking than I thought (with a nice splash of freckles I'm not sure why I didn't notice in the first place) about halfway through an approximately hour-long Hash run set from a house not far from UALR.
