Levy Trail South

I walked Levy Trail South this morning in 31:37.

That’s a tough road to hoe: Randy Rainwater collected

“I’ll always have a soft place in my head for that guy.”
“We may have a rabbit or two up our sleeves.”
“His cupboard is out of ammunition.”
“They’re circling their tents.”
“It’s six of one, a baker’s dozen of another.”
“There are more than two sides to a coin.”
“When in Rome, talk like the Romans.”
“He’s getting a little old in the tooth.”
“He’s green behind the ears.”
“He’s got his heart in his helmet.”
“You gotta give credit where the devil is due.”
“It’s not always greener on the other side of the grass.”

“Darrel Walker, born in Chicago, but now an Arkansas native.”
“I think he’s in Europe, or maybe Spain.”

“You gotta be careful when you start throwing stones at glass houses.”
“They’re still trying to hang Jesus Christ.”
“David didn’t go over and give Goliath a hug before he killed him, even though that would’ve been the Christian thing to do.”

“I can answer that with one word: It sucks.”
“I’m only going to say two words: SMU.”
“When it comes to college basketball, you only need to know three words: March Madness.”
“Write down this number: Col. Glenn Road.”

“That reminds me of Dream On by Gary Weaver.”
“You gotta love it when the Hog Wild Band fires up. The crowd just goes nuts when they play the William Tell Overdrive.”

“The actual bowling of Razorback Stadium — and when I say ‘bowling,’ I mean the actual enclosion of both end zones — will be completed in two years.”

“We have used the athlete as a kicking dog.”
“He played when the baskets were still made out of peach.”
“They’re wearing a couple of basketball crowns under their belts.”
“Coach Baker did a great job of recruiting that kid. He found his mother’s hot button.”

“That reminds me of Lou Gehrig’s last speech: ‘Today is the greatest day of my life.’ ’’
