I walked the Ridge Road Loop this morning in 1:00:49, with splits of 16:21, 14:59, 14:41, and 14:49.
Late this afternoon, I alternated one-minute jogs with four-minute walks to complete the Levy Trail 5K in 44:40, with splits of 14:38, 14:36, and 14:18.
