Man, this was the best I have felt in while. I alternated one-minute jogs with four-minute walks to complete Pam's Path this morning in 58:21, with splits of 15:05, 14:42, 14:34, and 14:00. It's a good thing I'm not at 6,000 feet. If I were, my beach-town friends from Texas would have no chance to keep up with me.
