I alternated one-minute jogs with four-minute walks to complete the Levy Trail 5K this morning, at about 10 a.m., in 44:57. I went through three miles in 43:37.
This afternoon I walked and jogged for about forty minutes with the Little Rock Hash from Mayweather Park, which is about five blocks away from Tom and Corky Zaloudek's house.
