Burns Park Loop

We Geezers walked the Burns Park Loop this morning in about 1:50. I forgot to stop my watch. One of the women said we covered 5.56 miles.
It looks as if the comfortable weather will stop tomorrow. The high today should reach the low 90s, but it's dry. Apparently high humidity is about twenty-four hours away. My house is at 68°F at 11:18 a.m. Z Man turned on his air conditioner last night.

OVERHEARD
“The more I got to know her, even over my first month here, the more I got to see really what she was all about. Autumn doesn’t just make me a better coach. She makes me want to be a better person. When you’re around her, you realize that’s she’s the kind of person you want to be like."
—Bald Knob softball coach Todd Finley on Bald Knob senior pitcher Autumn Humes, the paper's 2016 softball player of the year
