I alternated two-minute jogs with three-minute walks to complete Levy Trail North this morning in 24:43, with splits of 12:22 and 12:21.
This evening I walked the Levy Trail 5K in 49:34. My first two mile splits were 16:14 and 15:42.
OVERHEARD
"Yes sir. I gotta get home and get out of this sweat suit."
—man on the Levy Trail close to the Levy Church of Christ, after Pete said, "Man, we got us a day here, don't we?" At about 9:30 a.m., it was sunny, dry, calm, and 63°F
