Obviously I like this new course, the Levy Trail 5K. Maybe I should set some longer ones. This morning I alternated two-minute jogs with three-minute walks to complete it in 40:17, with miles splits of 12:37, 12:45, and 13:19. I went through three miles in 38:41.
