To prove how slow I am, I alternated one-minute jogs with five-minute walks to complete two miles on the Levy Trail this morning in 29:54.
This afternoon I walked for 1:06:44 way out in west Little Rock on Reverend Bob's Hash run.
OVERHEARD
"You look at least eleven years younger than fifty-six."
—Lacey. I later thanked her, and then asked where she came up with "11." She said it had something to do with her being blonde
