Here is evidence of how slow I am. I'll bet I jogged for close to twenty minutes and it still took me 41:46 to complete the Orange Street Loop. What's good is that every step was easy. It helped that it was 54°F when I started. My lower back is a little sore from spending three hours yesterday moving Richard's crap from one storage shed to a larger one in which he intends to move crap from Lillian's house, which is up for sale. For the first time, I hope dad outlives me. Then it'll be up to Jim or our step brothers and sister to haul everything to a landfill.
This evening I walked the Levy Trail Loop in 32:00.
