Levy Trail/Hash

I walked two miles on the Levy Trail this afternoon in 31:16. It's hot again, nearly 90, and muggy. My legs are a little weary. This evening I walked and jogged about two miles with a handful of Little Rock Hashers on a run set by a relatively new Hasher named Laura. We started and ended at a big horse barn not far from Damned Near Redneck's house.
