I walked two miles on the Levy Trail this morning in 33:44, and this afternoon two more in 33:03.
OVERHEARD
"We're just drinking beer, and chillin.' "
—one of two homeless-looking men sitting on the west side of the Levy Trail near McDonald's, at 8:34 Friday morning, answering a question asked by Charles (who lives on Orange Street, next door to The Chiropractic Clinic). It was overcast and damp, and a particularly cold-feeling 45°F. "Hey, Timmy, what are y'all doing?" Charles said. After he received the above answer, Charles laughed, and said, "Well, all right. Sounds like y'all got a plan."
