Levy Trail

Shoot, man, I hurt my hip again yesterday, loading a chair in back of Dad's suburban. At least I think that's what did it. I noticed it was a little tight last night. By this morning it was very sore. It got better through the day, but hurt walking a bit over two miles on the Levy Trail this afternoon in 32:16.
