I jogged slowly for a total of eleven minutes to complete two miles of the Levy Trail this morning in 26:10. Here's what my hip injury has regressed to: if it felt the way it did as I walked today, and I hadn't recently injured it, I don't think it would've concerned me at all. I'm not sure I would've noticed. It feels perfectly normal when I jog.
