FLORRISANT, Mo.—I walked the Foggy Bottom Drive Loop this morning in 38:01, and was able to find a gate that was nearly pain-free. My left groin, and perhaps hip, are definitely adding a hitch. I imagine I'm walking a bit like Tim Cooper, pre-hip surgery.
