Foggy Bottom Drive Loop

FLORRISANT, Mo.—I walked the Foggy Bottom Drive Loop this afternoon in 37:20, just before Jim and I joined John to watch the Cardinals beat the crap out of the Reds. I'm kind of fucked up, physically, I mean. My left foot, ankle, and groin hurt. I'm limping pretty good, though it gets better after a while. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I would say my five-year streak is in jeopardy. And this just a day after a guy gave me a free pass into the Bartlett Park Ultras (near Memphis) for two weeks from this weekend.
