Levy Trail/Levy Trail-Levy Loop

OK, it's kind'a crappy out now. At 12:42 p.m., it's 90°F, with a heat index of 95. I walked two miles on the Levy Trail in 31:37. I hope to go a little farther this evening, which I did, but not by a lot. I walked and jogged 3.47 miles on the Levy Trail and the Levy Loop in 51:23. That's a 7:39:50 50K pace.
