I jogged three miles on the Levy Trail this morning in 35:44, with splits of 11:02 for the first mile, and 24:42 for the final two. That could be my slowest ever, three-mile, non-stop run, with the possible exception of Miles 15, 16, and 17 of the 2005 Little Rock Marathon. The difference is that I was comfortable today, and miserable back in '05.
