River Trail

I walked and jogged a total of eleven miles this morning on the River Trail, the Big Dam Bridge, and into Two Rivers Park. It took me 2:57:27. I walked the first five miles with Ron and Elaine in 1:34:02, and walked and jogged the final six alone in 1:23:25. It was cold, and windy. I'm still almost shivering an hour later.
