River Trail

I walked and jogged fourteen miles on the River Trail this morning, from the Big Dam Bridge to the downtown I-30 bridge and back, in 3:14:50, with splits between 13:09 and 14:35. I was cooked after about eight miles. I stopped to talk with Ron and Elaine Gimblet, and Reverend Bob for three or four minutes at about four and a half miles. They had hiked up to Fort Roots.

OVERHEARD
"ROCKAMUNDO!"
—a man on a bicycle who passed me from behind, in a voice disguised to sound like that of a stereotypical native American. I have no idea who he was, but he was dressed like a bowl of neapolitan ice cream

"He was like, 'Let's just be friends,' and I was like, 'You idiot.' "
—blonde-headed biker, speaking to a blonde-headed biker

I'm having a hard time figuring out what 'Rockamundo' would sound like if said by an Indian. If it were said by an Indian from India, I can picture that, but I don't know about the other Indians.
