I walked the Levy Loop this morning in 30:13, and don't think I will go much further this evening. I'm going to visit Jim and Karen in St. Louis tomorrow, and will be there through Sunday morning, so my plan it to jog and walk the Ouachita Trail tomorrow morning before I leave.
