Levy Loop/York Gary Loop

I walked and jogged the Levy Loop this morning in 24:34.

This evening at about 8:30, I jogged the York Gary Loop in Nashville in 21:09, with splits of 10:42 and 10:27. Jeff Krupsaw's fantasy team beat the crap out of the Green Bay Packers, 146.18-118.86, in our season opener.
