I walked the 38th Street Loop this morning in 33:15.
OVERHEARD
"And the whistle had been blown; or at least the decision to make the whistle had been blown."
—NBC hockey commentator, from Vancouver, in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup finals. I think he meant "...or at least the decision to blow the whistle had been made." But I don't know. These are Canadians. Maybe someone decided to make a whistle, but then blew the decision. Ask around
