I now realize it was foolish to disregard Vice President Gore because of last year's unusually cold winter and cool summer. This morning it is 82, with a heat index of 86, which clearly proves global warming is upon us.
I jogged and walked the Sweetheart Loop in 39:01, with splits of 13:17, 12:37, and 13:07. My legs felt as if they were full of glue.
