I walked the Maple Street Loop this morning in 33:30.
For the first time in I don't know how long, I ran a long, hard Hash run without shortcutting. Bill Brass set it in Burns Park, and I was out for 1:04, and ran all but about 10 minutes of it, so I think covered close to five miles. Maybe four and a half. I felt good, but was glad to finish.
