A huge plate of ribs and cheese French fries kept me from a five-mile attempt last night. It's 38 degrees and raining this morning, so that kept me from it. Oh well. They say it'll be back to 70 by Tuesday. I jogged the Maple Street Loop in 21:40, with splits of 10:55 and 10:45.
This evening, starting at about 7:30 Central, I ran the Sweetheart Loop in 30:49, with splits of 11:00, 9:54, and 9:55. I felt good, though it was 42 and raining and there was northwest wind blowing at 10 miles an hour.
