Ghetto Cat Loop/Levy Loop

I walked the Ghetto Cat Loop this morning in 29:15.

This afternoon, starting at about 3:20 Central, I jogged the Levy Loop in 20:33, with splits of 10:15 and 10:18. I failed to write yesterday that my legs were quite lifeless for the Hash run. They remain a little dead today, but were nevertheless remarkably comfortable through this trot.
