NASHVILLE, Ark. — On Monday night, I walked 32 minutes through the neighborhoods around my mother's house.
Tuesday night I ran four miles out and back from mom's on Old Centerpoint Road in 41:45, with splits of 11:04, 10:39, 10:02, and 9:59. It was very easy, and the first time my legs have felt lively since I ran the sub-44 Park Hill Loop last Thursday. Maybe it was the donuts, and all the fried food I ate Monday night and Tuesday.
