I ran and walked 12 miles on the River Trail in 2:25:33, with splits of 11:40, 11:31, 11:43, 12:00, 11:34, 11:12, 14:41, 13:22, 12:02, 11:55, 11:53, and 12:02.

This morning I ran and walked the Levy Loop in 24:07.
