This made up for the interval failure last night, not that that was my intent going in. I just felt good and ran the first three of each five minutes to cover the Orange Street Loop in 32:03, with splits of 11:35, 10:29 and 9:59 (actually, 9:59.69, and I have heretofore rounded up, but fuck it. The idea of a sub-10 mile, with four minutes of it walked, impresses me enough to fudge). This was easy.
