Levy Loop/Ridge Road Loop

I jogged for the fifth minute of each five to cover the Levy Loop in 27:04 at about noon.

This evening, after a trip to Marvell to watch the Mustangs practice, I ran the Ridge Road Loop in 49:02, with splits of 13:26, 12:45, 11:45 and 11:06.
