Levy Loop

My blood sugar was at 42 at around 10 p.m. I drank five ounces of grape juice, and ran the Levy Loop non-stop in 24:14, with mile splits of 11:56 and 12:18. It was at 54 when I finished, 15 minutes ago. I was a little rubbery-legged and uncoordinated the last mile, and battled balance a bit, particularly on hills, the whole way. Otherwise it was easy on a cool, almost cold evening.

I guess I should've let the grape juice settle in.
