This Callaway vs. Titleist game is addictive.
Titleist won its third consecutive match, 45-46, at Fort Roots today.
Callaway was crushed by the result. It was tied through eight holes, but a fucked-up chip on No. 9 led to triple bogey. The Titleist was three-putted, but took the victory with a double.
Callaway remains angry with my four-putt for triple on No. 6, and that I missed a 3-foot birdie putt on No. 3. I remain pissed that I shot a 91 with 39 putts. In all, I had 1 birdie, 4 pars, 7 bogies, 3 doubles, and 3 triples.
I just got in from the 47th Street Loop run non-stop, and comfortably, in 31:26, with splits of 10:30, 10:24, and 10:32.
